Increase productivity, improve employee performance, and enhance business interactions through effective management and leadership. The expanded training program consists of three parts, and provides managers with practical tools to improve the performance of their employees and to build a great workplace. It is applicable for new or experienced supervisors who desire to enhance their skills.
•Part 1 explores the tools and skills needed to lead, coach, and develop your team.
•Part 2 focuses on the skills and tools needed to get results through customer service, effective decision making, problem solving, and improvements in efficiency, and promotion of creativity and innovation.
•Part 3 examines how the leader impacts the workplace by understanding emotional intelligence, managing conflict, leading change, and creating trust.
